Refrigerate immediately upon receipt. This item lasts in the refrigerator for 30 days, but maybe longer dependant on how cold your refrigerator is. However, it will last up to 3 months if frozen.
There are NO refunds unless there is proof that the item was damaged upon receipt.
Your item is shipped using USPS priority mail within 5 days of order placement. Every order is made fresh and that's why it's not shipped immediately. We DO NOT guarantee delivery. However, we will provide you with a copy of your shipping label for tracking.
The recommended dosage is no more than 1-2 tbsps. a day.
